First we must establish what a sniper is and what a sniper does. A sniper is unique in that though he is a lone man in combat he provides a one shot, one kill package which is the ultimate soldier in terms of cost per enemy KIA and the undervalued effect of the fear placed upon the enemy combatants wondering "am I next".
Secondly and in summary the role of silent kills & mind games played at the expense of the enemies sanity can render multiple troops paralyzed in fear! Therefore I am a single soldier efficiently putting the political enemy in a poor state of waiting to see who I pursue next!
